Ingredients for making green corn cake:

 2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)

 2 cans of green corn

 100 grams of softened butter

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 3 egg units

 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

 1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to make green corn cake:

The first step in the green corn cake recipe is to blend the corn very well in a blender. Then you can filter it with a strainer or use it anyway. Mix with milk.

In a separate bowl, place the sugar and butter and beat with an electric mixer or an egg white beater, until creamy. Then add the eggs one by one and beat again.

To the egg and sugar preparation, add the flour gradually while stirring. Also add the milk with the beaten corn and the yeast, mixing/beating again to incorporate all the ingredients.

Tip: If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.

Then pour the green corn cake preparation into a cake tin previously greased with butter and flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.

After this time, remove the green corn cake from the oven and let it cool. Unmold and serve, good appetite!
